WEEKEND CHALLENGE: 2 secrets about me

So I'm going to share two secrets about me. Ready? Set. And GO!

1) If I'm sleeping alone, which is about 3-4 times a week or more if I don't see my boo bear on the weekends because he likes to leave me to go on trips *sigh, just kidding, I need some form of light on. If I'm extremely tired it doesn't matter. It's not because I'm scared, I don't know why. Whether it's my laptop staying open (sometimes I just fall asleep watching a movie or show) or the light on my night stand, or just the ceiling light. Yes, I can sleep with the light on, I hate to admit this but sometimes I get SUPER lazy and I don't want to get out of bed and I'll just fall asleep. I know *bad Florence.

2) I love spicy food. The spicier the better. I love the burn the roof of your mouth, get a little sweaty, nose running type of heat. Oh lawd TMI huh? But yes, I LOVEEEEE SPICY FOOD. I cannot get enough of it. There was a point where I ate spicy salsa with my food almost everyday. I sometimes use sriracha sauce (the asian red rooster), hot oil chili (found mainly at Thai and SOME Chinese restaurants), and cheyale (I don't even know how to properly spell this, but this is my favorite of them all). So when I lived with my brother and sister in law, one day her mom made this roasted amazing goodness. If you follow me on my personal instagram which is (florenceantonette) you will be able to see in some of my photos when I eat rice and some type of meat, there's this green stuff. It's cilantro, onion, TONS of thai chili (well not tons, maybe 8-15 depending on how hot it is & roasted), 1 jalapeno (roasted), dried red hot pepper crushed, and salt & MSG (you don't have to add MSG). And you smash it into a mortar and pastle. You can buy it at almost any asian store, I've seen them at TJ Maxx. But I'll make a video or photos of step-by-step on how to make it.
